class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2>KOntext<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr die Evaluation von Behandlungsmethoden im klinischen Alltag werden detaillierte Daten \u00fcber den Verlauf von medizinischen Behandlungen ben\u00f6tigt. Eine vielversprechende Methode, um diese Daten zu generieren sind sogenannte Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), also Angaben zum Gesundheitszustand, die durch die Behandelten selbst gemacht werden. Dazu werden sowohl zu Beginn als auch zum Ende einer Behandlung konkrete Fragen zu F\u00e4higkeiten, Ressourcen und Defiziten gestellt \u2013 \u00e4hnlich einer Anamnese durch eine \u00c4rztin oder einen Arzt, nur dass die in Form eines Fragebogens erhoben werden. Aus diesen Daten k\u00f6nnen dann Aussagen zur Qualit\u00e4t bestimmter Behandlungsformen abgeleitet und die medizinische Versorgung somit verbessert werden. Das Ausf\u00fcllen der Frageb\u00f6gen ist dabei bisher nicht allen Patientinnen und Patienten gleicherma\u00dfen zug\u00e4nglich: Sprache, Verst\u00e4ndnis oder auch der Umfang der Frageb\u00f6gen k\u00f6nnen H\u00fcrden darstellen. Das von uns entwickelte Assistenzsystem soll daher dazu beitragen, diese H\u00fcrden abzubauen, indem es Menschen beim Ausf\u00fcllen des Fragebogens unterst\u00fctzt.
